Rubix CEO & Founder

Sachin Doshi is the Founder and CEO of Rubix Partners, bringing over 20 years’ experience advising high-growth and global technology businesses on senior leadership appointments. He works globally with founders, boards, and investors to deliver C-Suite and C-1 hires that define long-term business outcomes.

Prior to founding Rubix Partners, Sachin was a Partner at Mana Group and previously a Partner at Erevena, where he was part of the firm’s Global FinTech practice. Across both platforms, he advised venture-backed companies, private equity firms, and institutional investors on senior leadership hires across payments, banking, financial infrastructure, and technology-enabled financial services—supporting organisations from scale-up through to complex, multinational operations.

Sachin is known for his highly consultative, research-led approach and for acting as a trusted advisor during critical moments of growth, transformation, and scale. He brings a truly international perspective, having worked extensively across the UK, EMEA, and the US, and is a graduate of Imperial College London.
